The staff were very friendly and helpful, they even upgraded our room with no extra charge! The delux double room was huge, crystal clear, amazing design with breathtaking panoramic view! Amazing dinner and extra amazing breakfast, super spa facilities! Great facilities for kids too, and guess what? Pets are also allowed!!!:) We Loved everything about this hotel, and we will defenetely come back together with our doggie next time!

The spa and the pools, the ebtire facilities including those for the kids. The comfort of the hotel which is elegant, classic, the view from the terrace and from the main pool is beautiful. The breakfast was very diverse and tasty, the second time here, we wish to come back and we recommend it further.

This 4-star hotel is situated on a lush, green slope among Velingrad’s surrounding hills. It features a luxury spa with hydrotherapy and ayurvedic treatments and a Finnish sauna. Everything was great! The room was very spacious and clean, the bed very comfortable. The room was also very warm and we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast and the dinner was very delicious, with many options for every taste. The spa and the pool was also very nice. Good for a family with small kids.

Located on a picturesque hill in the Chepino neighbourhood in Velingrad, this hotel offers its guests an impressive view of both the city and the beautiful pine forest around. I liked the everything, but the view from our balcony was absolutely stunning.
