We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Golentle. The host and their family have created a truly special place with a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel instantly at home. The dinners prepared by their son were outstanding — every meal was delicious and made with care. We also joined the Moremi and Mokoro tours organized by the host, which were unforgettable experiences. The guides were professional, knowledgeable, and attentive, always ensuring we could capture great photos and enjoy the moment. On the Moremi tour, we were incredibly lucky to see four of the Big Five - all that can possibly be found in the Okavango Delta. Our guide’s determination to find a leopard after hearing reports from other guides was truly impressive. Golentle is a place full of heart, authenticity, and great adventure — highly recommended!

It is way better than it looks in the pictures. The place is cozy, organized, clean, very spacious and has a great vibe. You feel very relaxed and disconnected in this cabin surrounded by nature. Tebla (the host) is beyond kind, he is very cordial and helpful, one of the nicest people we met in Botswana. He makes sure you have a great stay and want's to genuinely help you. The place location is not easy to find if you hire a local cab on the street, so I would recommend hiring the shuttle service with Acacia Cottage.

ASKIESBOS - Samochima Bush Camp er staðsett í Shakawe, 200 metra frá Krokovango Crocodile Farm og býður upp á garð, verönd og garðútsýni. Very nice hotel complex located directly on the Okavango Delta. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The jungle tents are beautifully furnished with comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet is very varied and offers something for every taste. We had a very delicious dinner. The boat trip in the Okavango Delta is highly recommended; it was wonderful to enjoy the sunset and relax.

Private bathroom and a tent (brand new) with made up beds. Very reasonably priced and good location for going on to Moremi or chobe. The owners offered to light us a fire in the evening and brought us wood. There's a lovely lodge right next door with a bar and reasonably priced restaurant which you can use also. Very nice, handy campsite.
