We had an early arrival to the city so we weren't able to check in right away. The staff kept our luggage safe while we explored the city for a few hours. Will definitely stay here again. We managed to get a decent deal because we booked quite far in advance. It was a win/win.

All staff very attentive, kind, helpful, we even had a pleasure to meet the hotel manager and his team, immediately offering us a help with a luggage when seeing us with children and 8 suitcases. Sadly we couldn't prolong our stay since the hotel was fully booked out. Room super spacious, super comfortable. We recommend to book the breakfast package in advance since later there is only a la carte restaurant. Garage parking right next to the hotel, subway 2 min walking. Our kids were thrilled.
