Stunning views, cozy stay – just a few things to be aware of The location is absolutely beautiful – the view is breathtaking! The road up is a typical mountain road with narrow, winding sections, so drive carefully. 🏡 Our apartment was clean and well-maintained. The bedroom was very comfortable – the bed was great, though the pillows are quite big and high, which might not suit everyone. 🍳 The kitchen is fully equipped, but a few items are a bit worn – for example, the potato peeler was rusty. Also, note that there is no soap or shower gel in the bathroom, so make sure to bring your own. A funny detail: if you need extra toilet paper, you have to request it at reception and pay 0.50 CHF per roll. 🧼 Overall cleanliness was very good. There was a bit of dust in some areas – maybe the apartment hadn’t been used since winter – but towels and linens were fresh and clean. 🚗 Parking is available, but it’s paid. Getting from the parking lot to the room was a bit confusing – we had to switch between three elevators – but you do receive a map with instructions, so don’t worry too much. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 There’s a small play area for kids with a lovely terrace where parents can relax and enjoy the view. It could use a few more games or toys to make it more engaging. 👀 Our room didn’t have a direct view, but that wasn’t a problem – the terrace offers amazing scenery, and even the walk from the parking lot gives you incredible views. 🤝 The staff was polite and helpful, though not particularly warm – they could be a bit friendlier. 💸 Overall, the value for money was very good, and I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful mountain escape with all the basics covered.

Hotel Porta Cervino er staðsett í Täsch og Zermatt-lestarstöðin er í innan við 5,6 km fjarlægð. Boðið er upp á veitingastað, reyklaus herbergi, ókeypis WiFi hvarvetna á gististaðnum og bar. Highly recommended! Very useful kitchen with everything! Good luck!

SWISSPEAK Resorts Zinal er staðsett í Zinal, 40 km frá Crans-sur-Sierre og býður upp á gistirými með verönd, einkabílastæði, veitingastað og bar. We loved that our room had a balcony and we could hear the river flowing outside. We also loved having a kitchen as meals in town were expensive so it was great to cook in a bit and have breakfast in the morning. The beds were very comfortable. The location was convenient to hiking, transit stops, shops and restaurants in town. The room was cozy but very well appointed and great for our group of 4 adults.

PAPILL'ON - Boutique Hotel er staðsett í La Tzoumaz, 32 km frá Sion, og býður upp á gistingu með sameiginlegri setustofu, ókeypis einkabílastæði, verönd og veitingastað. Everything! The room was very nice and cosy, clean and with a big balcony., We had dinner twice in the restaurant, and both times we were really satisfied. The view was very beautiful, with the Alps just in front. The breakfast, amazing, all fresh products, and including a fantastic tiramisù. Last but not the least, the staff, probably the best thing about the hotel. Everyone is very friendly, professional and at the same time easy going attitude, always helpful and ready to give advice and super customer oriented. This is probably one of the best hotels I have ever been.

Mountain Lodge er staðsett í Grächen, 42 km frá Allalin-jöklinum, og býður upp á fjallaútsýni, ókeypis WiFi og ókeypis einkabílastæði. An amazing retreat. A modern but authentic mountain lodge. Bed so comfortable. The view is breathtaking.

Kapitel 7 Boutique-Hotel er staðsett í Raron, 35 km frá Crans-sur-Sierre-golfklúbbnum og býður upp á gistingu með garði, ókeypis einkabílastæði, verönd og veitingastað. Terrific boutique hotel. Highly recommend. Spaces are well thought out (including an event space for 40 and charming garden), friendly staff, great breakfast. Will definitely return.

B&B Kalberstút er staðsett í Turtmann, 28 km frá Crans-sur-Sierre-golfklúbbnum og 30 km frá Sion. Boðið er upp á garð og garðútsýni. The room is very spacious and clean. It was very easy to find and had a great breakfast. The host Daniella is one of the nicest people I have met on my trip.
