Family-run for 150 years, the Boutique Hotel Balm is located in a green suburb of Lucerne and features a gourmet restaurant with fish and other specialities and offers free WiFi in all rooms. Convenient and beautiful location, clean and comfortable rooms, a welcoming atmosphere, and a tasty breakfast (I especially recommend trying their homemade bircher muesli). Overall it was an amazing stay and I can 100% recommend this hotel for all your visits to Luzern.

Located within a private park on the shore of Lake Lucerne, Seehotel Waldstätterhof Swiss Quality is set in a building from 1870. It features its own access to the lake, free WiFi, and a spa area. Fabulous location. The staff were very helpful and very friendly. I was lucky to be given a room upgrade on arrival to a room with an amazing lake view. Breakfast was lovely with a great selection and served in a lovely peaceful room with lake views.

Housed in a former Guild Hall, the Hotel des Balances enjoys a picturesque location on the Reuss river in the heart of Old Lucerne. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Great experience, friendly staff and a beautiful room with a brilliant view. Would love to repeat again.

Our room was comfortable, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and easy — we arrived very late, but the hotel staff had everything prepared for us: a parking spot was reserved, the key was left for us, and we were given clear instructions on where to find it. The staff were all very kind and polite. We truly felt welcome and comfortable here, and would happily come back!
