Sheraton Guangzhou Hotel completed an extensive renovation in 2022 through a design philosophy that follows contemporary aesthetics and community ambience. From the moment we arrived, the door man, front desk to concierge were attentive and efficient. Rooms were well kept, spacious and very comfortable. The hotel is connected to the mall, which means at least we were able to avoid the extremely hot weather a bit. Many shopping and good restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for a short stay in Guangzhou.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The room and bathroom had lots of attention to details that’s not normally addressed by most hotels. Although the rooms did not have any outdoor views, but there was a window looking into a picturesque tree with mood lighting in the evening. The tv in the room was at least 65” and lots of channels available for viewing. They even provided 2 bottles of water at room temperature and another 2 in a small refrigerator with glass doors. The shower was compact yet efficient with wonderful perfume shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The breakfast included in our room rates were excellent choices of both western and Asian which were changed daily. The hotel is only two levels so there’s no waiting or crowded elevators. Provide laundry service too!
