I have so many taobao parcels delivered to the hotel days before I checked in, they helped me to receive it and nothing missing. They even helped me to return some of the parcels that arrived after I had left. Never been to a hotel that is so helpful. The location is great and room is so spacious and comfortable. King size bed is super king, fits us family of three with a 7 yrs old kid comfortably. If I were to visit Guangzhou again, no doubt I would choose this hotel again.

Middle Eastern restaurants are just five minutes away, and there’s a McDonald’s right downstairs for a quick bite. Plus, the hotel is only 10 minutes from the International Fair Center, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure trips.

The room was spacious with all the amenities i need. The breakfast was very good for my family. Like the noodle station whereby the chef will do up a bowl of wanton noodle soup for you. The orange and kiwi juice are nice. There is a pancake station for you too. The hotel is very near to eateries and only 10 - 15 minutes walk to shopping malls. It's very convenient. There is a laundry room with washing/dryer whereby you can wash and dry your clothes there and it's complimentary. You can even label your laundry to let the hotel staff assist you with the laundry and even deliver your laundry to your room. The laundry delivery service is free.

Breakfast was wonderful with great choice and high food standard. Despite the fact that our Chinese was not very good, the young staff were accommodating and did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. Good laundry facilities Great restaurants, shops and amenities. Overall, lovely cosmopolitan and international atmosphere. We loved our stay at Arthur Hotel.
