The hostel answered our questions very fast. This's the place I suggest everyone to stay during the trip in Hohhot. And if you can, download WeChat to contact them easily. Our room was clean and cosy. The windows were big. The interior is modern and it looks nice. The hostel gave us a dozen of water that's more than enough. One thing you need to know: the hostel is next to the big street so you can hear some noise. But for us we had no problem.

Located in the commercial district and adjacent to Children’s Discovery Museum, Shangri-La Huhhot is the ideal location for both business and leisure... We visited from Canada and took the high-speed rail from Beijing to the place. It was very convenient. The customer service from Merry Liu and Hao-bo Ma was particularly helpful and thorough. It was a great value for our family with kids, enjoying the night in the yurt and stargazing. We visited a real Mongolian family, learned to cook, rode horses, etc. The tour was equipped with a 4x4 and all the necessary equipment. Our guide Zorigoo made our tour especially interesting by sharing the culture and traditions of the Mongolian people.
