I can't fault anything at all. The staff on reception were incredibly helpful and very kind. They gave free sweets and popcorn to My children and gave us 4 vouchers for free drinks during our stay. The room was very clean and modern, the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom offered a fantastic shower and a bath. The hotel also has a very well equipt laundry room with washers and dryers and free laundry detergent! There was also a small gym. The bistro and bar where great offering lovely, reasonable food. We also sampled the cocktails which were AMAZING! The hotel is in a great location to reach all the tourist spots in xi’an with a little supermarket next door and plenty of places to eat nearby. On check out the reception staff gave my daughter a gift of cute panda hair clips and us a little picture. Overall we had a brilliant stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
