This was our fourth time staying at this hotel, and once again, it did not disappoint. We loved the location, the friendly and helpful staff, and the excellent facilities. It provided everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable trip in Shanghai.

Located in the heart of Shanghai, Green Court Residence City Center, Shanghai(Original name: Green Court Serviced Apartment-People’s Square) is a 10-minute walk from the bustling Nanjing Road Pedestrian street, Apple Shop, East Nanjing Road Underground Station (Line 2 & 10) and People's Square Underground Station (Line 1, 2, 8). Free Wi-Fi is available. Excellently located hotel with comfortable, modern rooms equipped with kitchenette. The staff was very helpful and spoke English. Very close to subway line 2 connecting both airports, and well within the tourist area, though not in the most hectic streets. Would definitely return.

Hi, we are from Azerbaijan 🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿. We booked this hotel via booking for 4 people. Arrived on the 6th of August and stayed until the 11th of August. Everything was on a highest level, especially service, personnel, attitude. All the personnel is so kind and friendly, everyone is trying to help and even if they don't know the language, they use translator in order to support us. Dear Mr Johnson helped us with every single thing, was answering all the questions. We were not able to make a payment of the hotel due to card blockage (foreign card) and he did not hurry us, told us to relax enjoy our trip and pay it whenever we fix the problem with the bank. Fortunately, we fixed on the second day of the stay. Whenever we called and asked something, he organized it very fast. Additionally, he was answering our questions through WeChat as well and he is the only English speaker at the hotel, which makes the communication much easier. 👍🏽 Unfortunately, don't know the tall guy's name on the front desk. He was extra supportive as well. Hope you understand who is he. 🙏🏽 All personnel in the whole hotel, all people at the front desk were friendly, gave us drinks, chargers etc. Additionally, want to mention Olivia. She was in touch with us right from the moment when we made our booking, she reached us. Despite the fact, that we could only arrange one-way pick up or dropoff, Olivia arranged both for us, as our dropoff railway station was a bit far. Situated within 1.7 km of Shanghai World Financial Centre SWFC and 2.1 km of Jin Mao Tower, Today Aparthotel West Lujiazui Shanghai features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Shanghai. The property is located 3.2 km from Oriental Pearl Tower, 3.4 km from Superbrand Shopping Mall Shanghai and 3.8 km from Yu Garden. The hotel also provides free WiFi as well as a paid airport shuttle service. The location is great, just need a bit time to find the place for the first time. There are few shopping mall nearby within walking distance 5 minutes. The building out looking is a bit old, but the inside is great and Morden. It is actually a local residential building, therefore do not expect for a reception.

The communication with the host was amazing. It was always super available and kind and helped us with every questions we had ! Probably one of the best host I’ve ever met 😊

Located in the Pudong district, the property provides guests with access to a hot tub. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a seasonal outdoor pool. We had a wonderful stay in this guesthouse during our family trip to Shanghai. The guesthouse was very beautiful and clean. The decoration was the same as shown in the photos. The facilities were good. Toiletries and slippers were provided. Plastic covers for the bath tub were provided, so that the guests could enjoy the bath in a hygiene way. There was a laundry area where guests can wash and dry their clothes. The guesthouse provided delicious breakfast and sold drinks in a very reasonable price. Our kids had lots of fun at the slide and the kids pool! The guesthouse is 20 mins from the airport, 8 mins from Shanghai Disneyland and 15 mins from the wildlife park. The hosts and staff were very friendly, polite and helpful, they provided shuttle service to Shanghai Disneyland and gave us lots of tips in travelling around Shanghai. We will definitely choose this guesthouse in our next visit to Shanghai. We highly recommend this guesthouse to tourists and families who love to stay in a warm, quiet and relaxing place out of the busy area of Shanghai.

The property was built in 2010 and features air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony. The apartment has facilities for disabled guests. The appart was in a good location close to many supermarkets, shopping malls, Nanjing pedestrian road it had an amazing view to the Bund We actually enjoyed staying there and the owners were very friendly and helpful

It is located 5.8 km from Oriental Pearl Tower and provides a lift. There is parking on-site and the property features an electric vehicle charging station. We travelled as a family with 2 kids, the apartment was more than enough for us, the location was great, metro station in the next building. There is a small mall, plenty of restaurants and coffee shops, starbuks and KFC, overall great for us.
