The host was super nice and helpful. She helped us organising a taxi and choosing a good restaurant. We got a small breakfast even though we left really early. The pool was clean and refreshing.

Angel and his wife Diosa were lovely and helped us to get everything we needed for a ferry trip we were taking to Brazil making life really easy for us. Also helped us to arrange local eco tours. Breakfast was also good, as was the refillable coffee and water filter for cold water whenever we needed it. Gracias Angel and Diosa!

Situated in Leticia, 2.9 km from Tabatinga, Hostal La Esperanza features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi throughout the property. All rooms have a TV with cable channels. The hostess is very kind and welcoming. She went above and beyond to be kind and helpful. She was always available and attentive. The hostel is extremely clean and has a common kitchen upstairs. The check in and checkout process was simple and easy.

We saw so many butterflies and dragonflies going past the house (of all shapes and sizes and lots of noises and frogs at night. The house is very comfortable and feels luxurious. It has two grand bedrooms and in the upstairs landing two single beds. The kitchen has plenty of utensils. There are mosquito nets. Staff were so helpful, kind, friendly. They couldnt have done more for us. The cleaner came twice and did a thorough job. We loved it and want to come back. Pick up and drop off included - a great help. Washing machine was a help as we were there for 11 nights. Comfortable luxury beds. Great value for money!
