I stopped while injured and awaiting international transport home staff were very accommodating and helpful given my lack of mobility at the time! The hotel itself was clean, food excellent and the rooms very comfy! Would highly recommend to any traveler.

Our room was big and comfortable, we loved having the jacuzzi. Staff is wonderful. Great location just a few blocks from the plaza. Good breakfast. We’ll definitely be back on our next trip to Jericó.

We had a great stay, the location in El Poblado is convenient but quiet, the apartment was very comfortable for our family of four. Everything is green, quiet, safe. The staff were very nice and helped with things we needed.

The hotel is Great. Very good location , you need to use car or uber but this is the same for the whole city . Breakfast are is really big , options to have it in balcony . Rich breakfast . Room was comfortable , we had everything .
