Offering an outdoor pool and a restaurant, GHL San Lazaro Art Hotel is located in Cartagena de Indias. Great location, the swimming pool in front of the fort is amazing. It is only a 10/15 minute walk to the historical central. We arrived extremely early (9am) and they checked us in at no additional cost. We also got an upgrade as the room we had booked had some issues! The staff was lovely and always available. We were able to leave our bags after checkout too. The breakfast was lovely too. Would stay here again!

The Charme 64 Hotel was a great experience and excellent value. THe location was great for exploring surrounding sites, local market, old city and beach close by. Hotel facilities were very clean and beautiful with plants and pool area. Breakfast was also very good! Staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome!

And in a country where most people don’t speak any English, it made life so much easier and more pleasant to chat with Anthony, whose first language is English, Our 3 nights and 2 days was just the right amount of time for Mompos. And if you’re having problems booking a Satena flight, thanks to Anthony we were able to do it on the Aventura travel site.

Our room was cool and a great relief from the Cartagena heat. Our self-contained apartment was clean with beach views.. centrally located, we could walk to the walled city . There were plenty of transport options to get around this beautiful city..

This is more like an Airbnb as its a 3 bed apartment, with shared common areas. The owner is very friendly and is in one of the bedrooms. Air con worked well, good kitchen, washing machine that you can use for one small clothes wash. It was a nice place. Location not too far from the old town, we walked with no problem. Very close to the Spanish fort and to a large mall with supermarket, shops and food court.
