Owner was super helpful organizing a taxi for me last minute to go see some sights like the San Agustin Archaeoligical park and get the going rate for taxi services and other things in town. They did all my laundry the same day.

What truly impressed me, and what makes this place special, was the warmth and kindness of the family who runs it. They were absolutely amazing in every way. They took me on tours, provided taxi service, and cooked breakfast in the morning as well as lunch. Everyone was wonderful, including the children. I spent an entire day with them and had so much fun. We went to the pool, colored together, and it was a moment of genuine connection. A truly unique experience, full of warmth and humanity. One I will always carry with me. 💛

This hotel is truly amazing!! Very romantic with great desert views and a gorgeous pool. The staff was amazing and had great attention to detail. Highly recommend staying at least 2 nights to be sure to see the stars and enjoy a full day with the guide provided by the hotel. Also appreciated that they sent the guide to show us the way to the hotel once we arrived at villavieja. Would stay again.

The kind attention l got from Mrs Patricia, she is very nice explaining the property, l got the apartment l was expecting, love the views from the mountains, has lots of natural light and no mosquitoes going into the apartment, has additional rooms and beds that can accommodate more people, like the kitchen and the main room was spacious. In general l like it a lot. It’s a new apartment complex with private security it made you feel safer in. In general great attention and service from everyone there.
