The location was great, centrally and next to the train station and the Zugspitze bahn. The apartment was clean, well equipped and with a modern design. We stayed in the apartment n. 2. The bed and the sofa bed were very comfortable. Although near the train station, the room was totally soundproof. The staff was great and helpful, and promptly available when we needed. My family felt very welcomed. We’ll definitely come back next year for our ski holidays.

I had a good conversation with the lady who works at reception in the evening. Shower room is big and clean. There is a bus 840 which go to Salzburg or Berchtesgaden Hbf nearby. It runs hourly.

The Hotel Föhrenhof is situated in a peaceful area on the edge of a forest in Farchant, just 3 km from the Garmisch-Partenkirchen. The hotel has very responsible and caring staff. Upon registration, we were treated to a delicious salad and a Bavarian sandwich. The breakfast is very tasty in the form of a buffet. The room has a balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains. The bathroom has soap and shampoo, towels. The hotel has a very good location and is close to the lifts to the highest point in Germany. I liked everything very much.
