Amazing, brand-new hotel with beautiful design down to the smallest details. The room was huge, very comfortable, with a big cozy bed, TV, strong hot water, and everything felt fresh and well thought out. The pool and the views are stunning, and the breakfast was excellent. Most importantly, the owner Francisco is an amazing person — extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming, which really made the stay special. A must-visit if you’re in Las Terrenas and want to escape the crowds while staying close to the incredible Playa Cosón, which is perfect for surfing and also great for swimming.

Everything blends perfectly with the surroundings, creating a relaxing and authentic eco-lodge experience. We left feeling refreshed and grateful. Highly recommended for anyone looking to disconnect, enjoy nature, and experience sincere hospitality.

Nice decoration, very comfortable bed and linens, bathrobe, very close to the beach, restaurant on site with great cooking!!

You can definitelly relax and enjoy your stay. It is also located close to many restaurants and not far from shopping malls and street fruit sellers.

Everything was perfect, the best place we have been in the Dominican Republic. The place is beautiful, very clean and in a quiet street. The garden with the swimming is beautiful. The owners are very nice and helpful, highly recommended!

We stayed 4 nights at Takuma and we really loved it! Beautiful construction, thoughtful decor and garden, awesome pool, quiet and relaxing ambiance... The perfect vacation package! The breakfast was great, the owners and entire staff was nice and welcoming, special kudos to the cleaning staff as they did a great job keeping our room pristine even though there were 4 of us! The location is close to all the restaurants, stores and the beach, which we enjoyed a lot. Bravo 👏

Convenient location, from where you can walk to the sea and restaurants. The rooms and the territory are extremely clean. Nice hosts who maintain a cozy home atmosphere, so we had a very good rest.

Very good location 2 minutes from Playa Las Galeras and from the central street of Las Galeras with multiple restaurants. The property is a little oasis with beautiful garden and charming cabanas, authentic Dominican style but with Swiss attention to details and cleanliness. Breakfast was amazing, like at home, with fresh bread, eggs, avocado and tomatoes from the garden. Pierre and Esther are very kind and attentive hosts, we enjoyed our stay a lot.
