There are pools right outside your room open all the time. The staff is extremely attentive. Services at the spa are well worth it. On this visit due to a mechanical the morning flight never left Cuenca so I arrived after reception should have been closed. I had called ahead and was told the guard would have my key but in fact reception remained open waiting for me to arrive.

The staff is exceptional. They were helpful, kind and knowledgeable. They helped us experience the birds in ways I would have not imagined.
