A nice and friendly family running this hostal with a lot of love. Our room was amazing, the bath and shower top! The WiFi was good enough and the food was excellent. Free banana bread, tea, coffee and water made it just perfect. Go here and not in the overhyped cloud forest.

It ticks every box!

We are still blown away by this hostal. It was so nice to arrive and see this amazing view, and chill in the hammock while having tea and reading. Nice and big chilling area downstairs. The rooms are big, the breakfast was outstanding. When they serve the dinner, everyone comes to the table and talks about the hike and their journey. Everything was perfect. Just book it!

It is very beautiful with the best view over Cotopaxi Volcano from the restaurant. Rooms are very cozy and equipped with heaters. Shower has hot water. The food is delicious - both for dinner and for breakfast. I think we had the best potato soup in Ecuador here. And the best part is the owner who is the nicest and most welcoming person. He can also help you to organize your time in Cotopaxi

Jose and the staffs are genuinely taking care of you, before and after your trip. They gave us detailed guidance how to reach there, and what to do during the hike to the Quilotoa. It is beautiful scenic road that you should not be missed. We also experienced the horse back riding to the cloud forest and villages! It is a beautiful experience, highly recommended!
