The staff made our stay truly special – Reception Manager Mr. Haitham was very nice and helpful, the pool staff (Arafat, Arafat, Mahmoud Kamal, and Osama) were amazing and always attentive, and Mr. Yousef from housekeeping was professional, kind, and such a good person. Salama from the restaurant was also very friendly and welcoming.

The hotels is incredible, smart layout, well designed and lots of good areas where you can spend your time. Good pools, nice beach and chairs/sunbathing sofas everywhere. Restaurants where amazing, buffet was alot better then your average hotels buffets (so much to choose from and high quality.) WIFI was very good, was able to stream everything at a high bitrate (youtube, football, twitch etc...) And last but not least, the staff! In some hotels i feel uncomfortable getting overly served especially when staff "fake it", not here, i believe the staff is genuinely happy working at this hotel. At the same time they seem so relaxed, and that made it so much easier for me to relax. I get the feeling that the hotel is taking very good care of its staff, and in turn the staff is taking very good care of its visitors.

There was a lot of variety of food choices including snacks throughout. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, very clean and well equipped. The staff were very hospitable and wanted us to enjoy our stay. A special thanks to Mustafa Hamdy for excellent service. He went out of his way to make sure that we were comfortable. Thank you to the head chef of the Italian a la carte for a superb meal. The reception were very helpful including Zahra from guest relations who made sure our stay was enjoyable. I would definitely come again!
