Staff friendly. Was easy to access and everything worked great. We were a little warm even with the window open so a fan was delivered quickly since the climate control was off throughout the building for energy saving purposes. Thank you!

Catalonia Donosti has a restaurant, seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and bar in San Sebastián. We loved everything. The hotel is on the hill so the rooms have incredible view. You can reach the bottom of the hill by the elevator, it’s very convenient. The staff was super attentive and helpful. The room was spacious, well equipped and comfortable. The parking was convenient. Breakfast was delicious, including basque cheesecake and cava. Will definitely stay in this hotel on our next trip.
