Housed in a former convent, built in the 15th century, the Parador de Plasencia hotel has kept its stunning, original architecture, including spacious hallways, archways and courtyards. The Parador is in a beautifully restored former convent. It is wonderful to be staying in such a historical building . There was an organised tour of the Parador the day I arrived which was great. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, the room was very large and comfortable, the breakfast and dinner were excellent, the price of the accommodation, given the luxury, was very reasonable. All in all an excellent stay. The hotel got everything right.

The place was super, a bit outside of the historical center, but close enough to walk. The facilities were excellent. We wish we had booked longer.

We stayed in both the appartments. Close to Plaza Mayor. Very spacious, very clean, full of charm and full of care. The very sweet sisters Maria and Angela are welcoming hosts. They do everything to make you feel comfortable and at home. Everything you need is there to make your own breakfast or lunch. ( there are plenty of very good restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood ofcourse) There is a feeling of love in their appartements. The extra's in the fridge is such an example. ( We saw the cherries to late....sorry)The communication is great and fast. We hope to come back. Thank you very much dear Maria and Angela

A comfortable, well equipped apartment in a great location. The free parking was close to the apartment which was great. I would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Great breakfast, comfortable accommodations, very quiet. My kids loved the game room and didn't want to leave.

Available on-site ang private parking. excellent location, just off the main square, but quiet. Very comfortable beds, unit is newly renovated, comfortable and convenient, helpful host.

Featuring free WiFi and a garden, Apartamentos Rurales Monfragüe is located in the village of Torrejón el Rubio. It offers rustic-style air-conditioned apartments and studios. The apartment is very comfortable and quiet, there is everything we needed. The two sofa armchairs were really comfy. The sofà was not comfortable but we did not use it. Internal parking is limited but we found a spot every day. From there was very easy to drive to Monfragüe and the near Trujillo or Caceres. We really enjoy our stay.
