Loved our brief glimpse of Santa Pola as we were heading to the airport nearby, the next morning!! Definitely will return for a longer stay!!

Large, modern and very clean apartment! The underground parking garage with its own parking space was a huge plus, we were able to park the car there safely. Two TVs, very stable internet, large and fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and sofa which can also be used as a great place to sleep. If we are ever in Valencia again, we would gladly book this accommodation again. The host was always available for queries and responded quickly - thanks again! 🙏The city center is only about a 20-minute walk away.
Functional but clean room with comfy beds. Central location very close to beach. It was nice to find a parking lot about 100 m from the hotel (it is difficult to find street parking in July). Surprisingly quiet at night.
Very well equipped and nicely decorated at walking distance to the sights. Helpful host. Free parking nearby. Lots of restaurants and supermarket nearby.
The location as excellent and the Macflats team were great. The property had everything we needed for our stay and was comfortable and clean. It is so well located for the station and bus routes it made travel easy. Car parking nearby at reasonable cost.
Lovely modern apartment, all mod cons. On a great bus route with 3 buses passing frequently into city. Also tram nearby to Oceangraphic. Plenty of free parking nearby by old park entrance.
The reception staff were very helpful. The mid-city location was good for sight-seeing and restaurants, but forced me to use a car parking lot which was relatively expensive (20 euros rather than the 14 euros advised by the desk clerk) and a few minutes walk from the hotel

A very comfortable apartment at a great price, few minutes walk into old town, plenty free parking less than 10 minutes away at large car park off Calle Uruguay, host flexible on arranging time to meet at entrance. Would highly recommend.
If you have a car this is a very comfortable, spacious and convenient location for a visit to Valencia and L’Albufera. It is possible to get free street parking fairly close to the station which is one stop into Valencia Nord. There is a selection of restaurants within an easy walk and the free underground parking is very useful. There is also a choice of supermarkets nearby if you are self catering.
Overall The property was a good standard and walking distance to the beach and local restaurants. Area was safe and good for teens to have a bit of freedom. Communication with Tamara at the letting agency was fantastic. Plenty of parking with underground parking and street parking. Lift up to the apartment is from the ground but not the car park but wasn't a problem as access from the street was easy.
