The staff were perfect and genuinely could not have been nicer. The bed was dreamy, the shower was fantastic, and the location is amazing for exploring the city on foot. Everything felt easy, calm, and well cared for from start to finish. I cannot wait to come back.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. I saw from the pictures that it was nice, but when we saw the room we remained speechless! It even had a tiny balcony with a small table and some flowers. The staff was super friendly and available. We will definitely go back.

Complete with all the basic amenities for a very cosy stay during a very cold winter spell. Location is great, easy access to local attractions, old town as well as the viewpoint. Highly recommended and value for money. Will definitely return if visiting Bilbao again.

This stylish design hotel offers free Wi-Fi and spacious rooms with flat-screen satellite TV. It is situated 10 minutes' walk from Bilbao Cathedral and the popular Seven Streets district. Very good position for my business exigencies, close to the highway and to the city center as well. Bus stop for city center right in front. Underground parking lot. Nice room, ample and very clean. Delicious breakfast. Special mention for the staff, everybody was very kind and helpful.

Designed by Javier Mariscal, this stylish hotel is located opposite Bilbao's Guggenheim Museum. It features a roof terrace with spectacular views. The breakfast was delicious and the staff very attentive.

Service that goes above and beyond. Cozy rooms in a charming historic building. A well-kept and inviting garden. A lovely family offering warm hospitality. Excellent breakfast! Even when we arrived in the evening, exhausted after a long day on the Camino, the hostess helped us place an order from a Chinese restaurant, and there’s also the option to buy basic groceries for cooking if you have the energy. Just keep in mind that it’s about 2 km off the trail’s starting point, so plan your route accordingly. Highly recommended!
