The room decor was wonderfully eclectic, so if you are looking for beige walls go somewhere else. The rooms are in a 15th century building, very spacious and comfortable. If you are staying on an evening where they are offering a table d'hotes do accept. The hosts fixed a fabulous dinner with good conversation for all. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Naglalaan ang Maison Meire Studios ng accommodation na matatagpuan sa Cognac, 28 km mula sa Saintes Train Station at 28 km mula sa Abbaye aux Dames. Excellent accomodation! Everything was immaculately clean. The hosts were delightful. Wifi was fast. Bed was comfy. Shower was hot and refreshing. Kitchen had all the amenities. One of the best we've stayed at! We look forward to returning. :)

Lovely and luxurious , our room felt very grand , With a beautiful view over the river . Hosts were so friendly & super helpful . Breakfast was perfect .

Beautifully designed and decorated, friendly welcome, great breakfast! Easy parking but beware the steep hills to get into town if you are on foot. Very nice stay, highly recommend.

We loved everything about our stay. Jez and his lovely wife were super accommodating and made us feel super welcome. Also the town and surroundings were wonderful. We are just sorry to find out too late that Jez is also a master chef. Next time :)
