I like everything about this place. Very calm. House is very clean, comfortable and complete with all necessity you need. host is very nice and helpfull. Additional point is the homemade pastry sold by the host are very delicious.

Location is perfect, private parking (there were always free places), 5 min to the sea, good start for trips along the coast of Cote d'Azur. Breakfast with handmade croissants, not so expensive, quite good.

The hotel is located in front of Notre-Dame Basilica and is a 10-minute walk from Place Massena. Paid public parking is available 100 metres away, which as a guest can be enjoyed at a discounted rate. The staff were very helpful, great room. Quiet. They kept our luggage for us and sent us in the right direction to see some sights. We only had a very short time. We did attend the luminescence show at the Notre Dame Basilica. Absolutely amazing.
