I chose this hotel because of its convenient location and excellent reviews. My experience not only met but exceeded my expectations. Almost everything (see the comment section with the sad face emoji) was great — the view from the room, the amenities (e.g., two terraces, the gym — although I didn’t go there because of lack of time), and more. The metro station is just a 5–10 minute walk from the hotel, and it takes around 10–15 minutes by metro to reach the city center. I was able to drop off my bag before the official check-in time. And she had great suggestions for lunch/dinner places * Great location for walking Hadrian's Wall - only 5 min walk to the bus station * Clean, comfortable room with good wifi connection
