Fantastic lodge, fantastic location, great staff and great breakfast. would highly recommend. the views of the cathedral from bedroom window are to dye for.

It felt very homely and inviting. The couple who own it are really friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much for them. Really good breakfast with a lot of variety to cater for all. Friendly welcome, Rooms are very comfortable and cosy. Bed is comfortable, feather duvets and pillows, quality bedding. We had room 5 at the side of the pub in the more modern part. Think this was quieter than the front rooms (but village road is quiet at night.). All meals were excellent and staff very amenable to personal food choices. We ate in the pub in the evenings, plenty of choice, though menu didn’t vary while we were there. Dog friendly 👍. Staff were all great and willingly shared their local knowledge. Bus X3 has stops nearby for easy access to Canterbury and Faversham. We would happily stay there again.

The accommodation was clean and comfortable, and had a well equipped kitchen. The lounge was spacious and the dining area was roomy enough for 4 adults to sit at.
