Had twin room. Reasonable size. Comfortable beds. Good bathroom (rainshower over bath). No lift, but staff carried our cases upstairs. No onside parking but free parking on nearby car park (about 10 min walk). Good inclusive breakfasts. Lots local pubs & restaurants. Lovely market town with wide range of shops
The garden and the pond - we saw tiny moorhens hatching and learning to swim. Lovely outside eating area. Lisa and Mark are such friendly and welcoming hosts. A perfect place for us to stay when racing at Cadwell park with secure parking nearby.

We had the complimentary breakfast which was left in a bag on our door handle at I time we requested. It was a very good location, walking distance to many places, the free parking is always a bonus, you could see the cathedral from the car park. It was my birthday while we were there, we came back to the room to find balloons, a birthday card, some rose petals and the towels in the shape of a swan on the bed which I thought was a lovely gesture. It’s somewhere we would stay again.
Good location, free parking, big comfortable bed. Had a nice breakfast at the restaurant just a walk across the car park.
Excellent location by Castle, public car park opposite but we got a parking permit from hotel for on street parking outside. The decor was beautiful and everywhere very clean. Lots of breakfast choices including lighter breakfast for me and full vegan for my husband. Nice bar to sit in during the evening after wandering round the city.

Good breakfast with excellent lady waiting on tables. Free parking in the Inn car park, very convenient for letting rooms. We also enjoyed the village itself with a second pub, 2 tea rooms and a library that had a gallery upstairs. We had our dog with us and there were plenty of convenient places to walk her and numerous bins. The Inn was very conveniently located for Grantham, Melton Mowbray and Rutland.
Breaksfast was great, and free parking voucher supplied for on street parking.
