It was so nice to be able to sit outside at one of the tables in the garden and enjoy the setting sun with supper. Breakfast was spectacular and prepared at the moment. We were not bothered by noise at night even though there is an adjoined pub. Perhaps that depends on the particular day of the week. The hosts were so friendly and went out of their way to help. The location requires dexterity to reach form Luton. We suggest a taxi from Luton airport if you don;t have a car.

There were also instructions for appliances if needed. While small, everything we needed was in the studio. The kitchen had a large fridge freezer, oven, hotplates, microwave, a good selection of cookware, crockery and cutlery. Teas, coffees, hot chocolate, milk sachets, butter, jams and biscuits were supplied. There was a dishwasher and washer/dryer. There were plenty of toiletries, tissues, etc. We parked our car in the driveway.

The main 1600s barn that you have turned into a delightful home for yourselves and the breakfast room is certainly amazingly to see, especially after having to lower the floors so people could stand up inside. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay, found the garden beautiful to walk in, and enjoyed our conversations with you Natalie and the other guests. The cottages are very close to Henley and to Hambleden, both of which we were able to visit.
