I was traveling by car and there was no problem with parking. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. On the property there is an option to be close with nature - goats, chickens, ducks and some wildlife. Near by there is good place to eat if you want a bigger meal and dinks. I will definitely come again whenever I'll have an opportunity.

Lovely apartment in an awesome location. Surrounded by tons of restaurants and pubs and shops. Gorgeous area. Very clear instructions on parking and entry, and Sian was very helpful and accommodating and a wonderful host! Highly recommend this gem of a place. Thank you for a great stay!!

We stayed overnight at Old Hunters Lodge as it was close to Whipsnade Zoo and we wanted an early start at the zoo the next morning. The property was perfectly located for that, it was easy to get a cab from Luton Station to the location. The hotel itself was lovely, the room was charming. While it was a little loud being under the flight path for luton, we both managed to sleep with our headphones on and we are light sleepers. The staff were exceptional, friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Prior to my stay I received a message from Louise and John asking if I wanted to book a table for dinner as we were arriving on Valentine’s Day and it would be busy. I really appreciated them taking that step to ensure we would have a table for dinner on the night we arrived. Dinner was lovely, I was a bit nervous as I am allergic to mushrooms and most of the valentines menu included mushrooms but they made sure my main didn’t include mushrooms. The portions were massive and the food was very good. Breakfast the next morning was also very good and fast, there were lots of options for cooked breakfast as well as juice and cereal for self service and hot drinks from the bar. Overall this was a great stay and I could easily see myself coming back.
