Everything in this property was so cozy and nice. Spick and span room, Very friendly host, always treating you part of their house and greeting everytime you go out and come. I had my own private space and the bed was very comfortable. Is in the excellent location, just 4 mins walk you reach the center of Kutaisi. There are lot of restaurants, supermarket right across the street . They also prepare breakfast for you if you tell them in advance it's made with so much love. They let you take the extra food inside your room too. I had a wonderful stay, felt home away from home

We stayed at Panorama in Kutaisi for two nights (April 4–6) and really enjoyed it. We had two double rooms — one for me and my wife, the other for our daughter and mother-in-law — and everything went smoothly. The place is quiet and has an amazing view over the city — perfect to enjoy with a morning coffee or in the evening after a walk around Kutaisi. The rooms were clean, spacious, and cozy, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was super friendly and helpful, always making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. You can really feel the personal touch, which made the experience even better. Breakfasts were great — tasty, fresh, and a nice variety. It definitely helped us start our days in a good mood. All in all, it’s a lovely spot to stay in Kutaisi. Relaxed atmosphere, nice people, and a great view. We’d definitely stay here again!
