Location was amazing, building is in a beautiful modern design, room was also great designed, comfortable, and a kitchen with all the necessities. Staff are extremely polite and helpful. Street with lots of historical buildings and one of the main tourist attraction parts of Tbilisi is just 100 meters down the corner. Besides it there are a ton of interesting cute streets with nice architecture in any direction from hotel;). Overall discovered a lot of interesting places just in 5-10 minutes walk in beautiful surrounding.

We arrived very early in the morning and Alexander welcomed us warmly. He was very friendly and also let us know that they upgraded our room for free! The location was amazing and the room very comfortable. We would definitely choose it again in the future!

Wonderful stay at Graf Hotel! Wow — what a great experience! The staff at Graf Hotel are extremely professional and responsive. They took every request seriously, even before my arrival. I had asked for a WhatsApp number to stay in touch in case of any flight delays or cancellations, and they immediately surprised me by reaching out via WhatsApp right after my request — such thoughtful service! The location is just perfect: only 2 minutes from Freedom Square, with easy access to public transportation. The area around the hotel is lively, with plenty of great restaurants and coffee shops where you can relax even late into the night. The rooms were very clean, and breakfast was good — a great start to the day. I truly recommend this hotel, and without a doubt, it will be my first choice next time I visit Tbilisi!
