Amazing hotel in a excellent location (close to Senegambia strip, but separated from the touristy madness). The owner himself designed everything, from concrete to curtains, and takes special care of the guests personally (he even upgraded our room because of some mixup with the airport taxi). The style and design of the room and the whole hotel transported us back in time, however the facilities (kitchen, bathroom) were very modern and up-to-date. All the staff were very kind and helpful. 100% recommended!

Great value for money. The modern room is very clean, spacious and has a large private balcony to relax on. Bed is comfortable. Shower is hot with good water pressure. Nice neighbourhood with small convenience shops only 2-3 mins walk away, a friendly reggae bar/restaurant named Bao-Bar 7 mins walk away and various other places to eat 10-15 mins away. Kaddy and John are super friendly hosts and very welcoming. Gave lots of advice and tips on where to eat and how to stay safe etc etc. If I go back to Gambia I would 100% be happy to stay here again.
