The photo's of the rooms, apartments and pool area are actually true to life and totally exceeded our expectations. The interior design of rooms and apartments are beautiful. The pool are is gorgeous. It gives 5 star hotel vibes. We enjoyed breakfasts and brunches in the pantry restaurant and the short walk into the old town and seafront for dinner and drinks each evening. A 2 minute walk to the bus stop taking you to local beaches. The reception and cleaning staff were very kind, welcoming and helpful. The hotel is a short 10 minute walk to the ferry port. We loved our trip to Naxos and Naxos village hotel is our favourite hotel in all the Greek islands we've visited. Book it, you won't regret it!

Offering rooms with a private balcony, Pension Ptolemeos is situated 20 metres from shops and bars in Fira and 200 metres from the Caldera. There is a large panoramic seating area and a rooftop terrace with views of the Aegean Sea. The owner gave us much help. One of our partners lost his luggage on the ferry, and the owner called the ferry company many times to ask for us. Although the luggage is still not found, we appreciate the owner's help sincerely.

Staff were really welcoming and helpful throughout the visit. They could not do enough to make the visit more comfortable. Our room was fabulous, with a great balcony we could all sit on overlooking the pool.
