Fabulous breakfasts (we didn't need lunch they were so large) - prettily presented and straight to your door. Very comfortable bed. Nice living area and good strong shower. 100m walk from the beach - we could see the sea from our room 203. And a short walk to lots of tavernas and choice of mini markets - either on the beach or in the port. Pretty propery, very clean. IT set up very good. WiFi excellent.

The property has inner courtyard views. Private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. Kyriakos is an extremely nice and friendly host! We felt very welcomed; and he gave us plenty of recommendations, and even helped us to contact a rental place. The place itself is well located near the beach and very pleasant, and our room had a little shaded patio where we had breakfast. The room was clean and equipped with a small kitchen and an AC. Also, there are three very lovely kittens at the hotel :) Would definitely come back again if visiting Serifos again!

We had a quiet room on the top floor. Frixos looked after us on our early arrival and provided transfers to and from the port which was very much appreciated. The cafe has great food especially for breakfast and we really enjoyed our stay. We will be back!

Water pressure was great, A/C was great — everything is just perfect for a relaxing stay on this languid little island.
