The room was spacious, clean and had a cute balcony looking at the water as well as a great kitchen seperate from the room - the boats to get across to the accom were super straight forward as well. Highly recommend this stay 😊

Very peaceful with beautiful view and great food. Staff was super friendly and helped us with every request. We could even use their SUP to explore the lake. Would definitely recommend for some relaxing time!

We didn’t have internet, stuck on a bus for 12hrs, arrived much later than we’re told. The town shuts down at 9pm, which we were not advised of previously. The owner was so helpful and understanding of us arriving late. He helped us organise a bus to visit Tikal for the next day. Our room was an excellent location and beautiful views. The room was very clean. Owner speaks very good English and is happily to help sort out any activities or provide advice on where to eat in the area.

Amazing quality for the price/ area. 100% recommend on the way to Tikal. Parking area had no height restriction for my van either which was great 👌

Eric and the staff were very accommodating and frequently asked if we needed anything. They also gave information about the area and things to do. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms are very clean, cosy and comfortable. Hotel is located in San Miguel, and you'll need to get a boat transfer everytime you need to go to Flores (10q per person) Although there are a lot of things to do in San Miguel as well. (Beaches, short hikes, excavation sites)

La Lancha er staðsett í El Remate og er með garðútsýni, veitingastað, sameiginlega setustofu, bar, garð, útisundlaug sem er opin allt árið um kring og verönd. The beautiful scenery nested in nature. The staff are SO LOVELY, kind and attentive and helpful- they all made the stay extra special. The breakfast view of the lake and the wonderful array of birds and animals (spider monkeys!) that can be seen from the property. The relaxing pool area and mirador too! 🩷 great location for tours to Tikal, Yahxa etc. Wish we had more time to explore more of the area and do a bird watching tour too.

We loved our time here. A very tranquil location amongst the rain forest. The staff where excellent, rooms spacious and very comfortable, a great gym for a small hotel and just a nice place to chill.
