Most of all, Dora at the front desk was incredibly helpful!

Fantastic hotel, beautiful building with modern design. Well equipped room, especially liked the walk in, rainfall shower and the Molton Brown toiletries. Lovely spa with nice added touches, such as complimentary tea and fruit. The standout features of the hotel for me are, the staff and the food. Breakfast and dinner both absolutely fantastic, maybe the best food I have ever eaten at a hotel. The staff are all friendly, welcoming, always positive and showed an eagerness to please all guests.

Facing the beachfront in Balatonkenese, Kenese Bay Garden Resort & Conference has a bar and a garden. Great location directly at the lake, great, fresh food (honey fresh from the honeycomb for breakfast), relaxing atmosphere.

The Houses of History is located on the shore of Belső-tó in Tihany, on a half hectare area, a 5-minutes walking distance from the city centre. I felt like I traveled in a time machine and transported back to 19th century. The dining room is fantastic and looks like a museum. Very friendly staff, ready to give you all info on the sites to visit, excellent breakfast

The staff is extremely nice - we had a small issue when we arrived (our son threw up on the back seat) and they provided us with all the tools we needed to get our car clean again. They really went out of their way to make us feel welcome and washed and dried the dirty clothes for us, which obviously was a very kind gesture. I think everyone can find something good to eat at their breakfast table. But hey we are talking about Hungary and there you can only get good food :)

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is just a few minute walk from the main street, yet remains quiet. It was really nice to enjoy sauna and Inner Lake view from our apartment after a busy day.
