When we arrived, some renovations were happening, and the team immediately offered to move us to a beautiful oceanfront room away from the work area, a gesture we truly appreciated. Every staff member we met was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, making our stay feel easy and comfortable. And then we met Nauval. His kindness, attention to detail, and heartfelt service made such an impact on our experience. He is the kind of person who elevates an entire resort simply by being who he is. Truly, every hotel should be so lucky to have a Nauval on their team. The property itself is lovely, peaceful, well-kept, and perfect for a relaxing getaway... but it’s the people who turn a stay into something truly memorable. We left grateful, refreshed, and already made plans to stay at the Katamaran Hotel & Resort Komodo next, excited to visit the Komodo dragons and looking forward to another wonderful experience. Set in Gili Trawangan, 400 metres from North East Beach, Amani offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a shared lounge. Free WiFi and room service are featured. The location was perfect, very close to the beach. The room was nice, clean, and I loved the aesthetic. Dwi and Aron were amazing!! They where super friendly and provided excellent service. Highly recommended!
