Everything was perfect from start to finish. The pools are simply spectacular, the island itself is breathtaking, and the atmosphere is pure paradise. The food was outstanding – breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all exceptional, with every meal being fresh and delicious. The location is unbeatable: right on a beautiful beach with crystal-clear water. We even swam with turtles and went snorkeling just steps from the shore, without needing to book any tours – it was an unforgettable experience! The resort is a true gem, with stunning surroundings and a relaxing vibe that makes you never want to leave. Highly recommended for anyone looking for the perfect tropical getaway.

Our week at Katamaran Hotel & Resort Lombok was wonderful from the start. When we arrived, some renovations were happening, and the team immediately offered to move us to a beautiful oceanfront room away from the work area, a gesture we truly appreciated. Every staff member we met was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, making our stay feel easy and comfortable. And then we met Nauval. His kindness, attention to detail, and heartfelt service made such an impact on our experience. He is the kind of person who elevates an entire resort simply by being who he is. Truly, every hotel should be so lucky to have a Nauval on their team. The property itself is lovely, peaceful, well-kept, and perfect for a relaxing getaway... but it’s the people who turn a stay into something truly memorable. We left grateful, refreshed, and already made plans to stay at the Katamaran Hotel & Resort Komodo next, excited to visit the Komodo dragons and looking forward to another wonderful experience. Every single staff member was absolutely fantastic, so friendly and accommodating every day with huge smiles on their faces. The location is fantastic, so close to lots of lovely bars and restaurants. All the locals are super friendly and welcoming! A huge shout out especially to Nando, Ardana and Lan at The Beach House - you are all amazing and made our stay one to remember! Thank you all so much!! Highly recommend staying in this hotel on the Gili T island. We will be back in the future!! Olivia & Mylo - UK! :)

Located in North Lombok, Jeeva Klui Resort is set in a spacious tropical garden on Klui Beach, overlooking the Indian Ocean and the island of Bali. I've stayed in many hotels in many countries, this place was the best I've ever stayed in! Truly amazing. Facilities, the room, the bed, everything was 10/10. The best by far were the staff, genuinely friendly, nothing too much trouble. I didn't want to leave. A special thanks to Ayu, Dini, Lenni, and Windiri for making my stay so memorable. 😁
