The location is perfect, right on Kuta’s main street, yet surprisingly peaceful and quiet. What really made the difference for me was the people: from reception to housekeeping and the restaurant, both trainees and staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and made my stay truly unforgettable. Breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant in general exceeded expectations. I also loved the aperitif time, a very special moment, relaxed and stylish, perfect to end the day. I would definitely come back.

Sweet and friendly staff - especially Nauval, Hafiz, and Dwi, who were incredibly kind, welcoming, and service-minded. We chatted with them quite a bit and received helpful advice and guidance for the rest of our trip around Lombok, which was truly invaluable. We had just been travelling around Australia and were quite tired, and even though we only stayed for two days, this place allowed us to fully recharge. We left feeling refreshed and ready to continue our journey with renewed energy.

Super clean, staff super nice and available. Well organized and in a pretty good location. Many amenities and beautifully decorated. I live in the island for a long time, as a long term tourist and have experienced many accommodations. This one excels for the price point. It's also brand new.
