A special thank you to Leslie, the hotel manager, who helped me organize excursions and was always attentive and available, and to Yves, the owner, who suggested some must-see spots.

There is a private entrance at the villa for the convenience of those who stay. The accommodation features a shared kitchen, free shuttle service and currency exchange for guests. Highly recommend Karang Island Villas. Especially for the staff who go above and beyond to accommodate every need (thanks Andi and team!). The villas were comfy and private, and the pool was lovely (and necessary in the heat). Kitchen and bathrooms are a tiny bit rundown (but relative to price bracket) but this is really not an issue as all our time was spent either exploring the island or lazing by the lovely pool area. Bedrooms were lovely too - lots of space and nice big beds. Overall it is the staff that make the place and we couldn't have had better hosts. Special shout out to Farid who taxi'd us around everywhere with a huge smile and great local knowledge!

I appreciated how big and clean the space was, especially the bathroom, which was huge! The location was quiet and convenient, and I could also order breakfast (at additional cost) early in the morning before my dives, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend staying here!
