I loved my stay at Kura Kura house! You can tell that the owner Bezzy, but also the team with Trixie, Kookaburra and the rest is experienced in hospitality. The whole property is well maintained, super clean, the garden is beautiful, my room was serviced every single day(!) and the food is exceptional. We feel incredibly fortunate to have discovered this gem! Julien and his team have truly set a new standard for hospitality, quality, and culinary excellence in western Sumbawa. While we're not surfers and didn't come for the nearby breaks, we were eager to explore the region and its people. Julien's insightful recommendations were invaluable in planning our three-day stay at Bukit Samudra. Initially, we considered trying local warungs, but our first dinner at the resort's restaurant quickly changed our minds. The delicious food, reasonable prices, and friendly service were exceptional. Our bungalow was absolutely perfect – beautifully designed with everything we needed. It was impeccably clean, with a comfortable mattress, a great shower, and a relaxing lounge area. Honestly, it's one of the best bungalows I've ever stayed in. The outdoor shower was so refreshing that we didn't even miss having a pool. Plus, the beach is just a short five-minute walk away. Overall, it's a perfect 10/10. Thank you!
