The host was friendly, knowledgeable, a gifted photographer and he gave us a ride to the ferry. The B & B was beautifully appointed in both the common areas and our room. Breakfast was delicious, fresh fruit, home baked scones, muffins and sour dough bread and exceptional yogurt. The deck in the back of the house added another place to relax and gaze at the ocean.

Tigh Fitz is a charming, family-owned property that has been in the Fitzpatrick family for generations. Penny is a wonderful host. The rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast was great.

Ard Einne House Bed & Breakfast er með útsýni yfir eigin strönd og býður upp á en-suite gistirými með útsýni yfir Galway- og Clare-strandlengjurnar. Had an excellent time at Ard Einne. Place was spotless with a quaint room with an amazing view overlooking the beach and island. Clodagh checked us in and gave us a detailed recommended itinerary of things to do which we did and saw amazing sights like the old ruins/beaches/serpents lair. Breakfast was good with a few options including vegetarian if you wanted.

Maggies Cottage er staðsett í Inis Mor á Inishmore-svæðinu. Inishmore býður upp á gistingu með ókeypis WiFi og ókeypis einkabílastæði. Wonderful place to stay. We were two couples the downstairs room was tiny so the bed was a full but I slept great. The whole house is lovely and clean. The view is stunning. I was concerned because we had a later ferry and didn’t have time to run to the market and we were pleasantly surprised to have fresh bread milk and eggs to make breakfast with. I will try to stay here on my next visit. We all loved having space to hang out and enjoy our trip.

I didn't expect such a nice, comfy, beautiful and big apartment. I thought at first it was expensive, though I didn't think much about it as there were no other available places when I booked. Yes, it is too much for one, but when you consider it is an apartment for 4, is cheap for what you get. Claire has really good taste and has done wonders with her house. She gave great tips about the island, helped me with the bike rental, also offered to take me to the pier and even helped me to arrange dinner if I wanted... she has installed a vending machine also in the hall for convenience. I would recommend to anyone.

Aran Islands Hotel, on Inis Mor, has spacious en suite bedrooms, some with balconies and views of Kileaney Bay and Kilronan Harbour. It has a restaurant and bar and free internet access. The hotel staff went above and beyond. I got a free upgrade into a chalet with a beautiful sea view. The pan fried sea bass I had for dinner was amazing. Everything was spotlessly clean and all the staff were great, particularly Joanna on reception who arranged for my phone charger to be put on the ferry to the mainland, after I left it in my room, and the hotel manager who took it down to the ferry port. Cannot fault this hotel, highly recommended.
