I had the pleasure of meeting a team member at the restaurant. Her name is Kashish. She was so friendly and professional. Her big smile was something I will remember when I think of this stay. I wish I could mention everyone’s name. Everyone was just amazing and extremely professional and friendly. The food quality above five star and variety of choices suit this hotel very well. I stayed at the Leela Ambience on my back home and it wasn’t the same experience. I was disappointed about Ambience Leela because I thought I would experience the same hospitality. So what makes the Leela Palace unique and memorable is definitely the employees. The room size is perfect and the luxury you experience is about comfort and relaxation. I highly recommend this palace to all. You will love it. ❤️🙏

The location was convenient and close to offices. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. Loved the North Indian cuisine served.

From the moment I checked in, everything felt smooth and comfortable. The room was clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated the small upgrades like the smart TV which had YouTube and Netflix, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Breakfast was satisfying with a good variety, and the food from the hotel restaurant was honestly great, flavorful and freshly made. What really stood out to me though was the hospitality. The staff were consistently kind and helpful throughout my stay. I especially remember Ravi and a few others who always made the effort to check on me and ensure I was doing okay. That personal touch really made a difference. Overall, it was a very easy and complete experience, everything I needed was right there. If I ever come back to this area again, there’s no doubt I’ll be staying here again. Highly recommend it.
