The hotel sent a car to pick us up. It was on time and spacious. At the hotel, people greeted us warmly, held the door for us and carried whatever bags we had, whether we came from the airport or a shopping spree. Our booking included 2 meals, breakfast and dinner/lunch. The buffet was generous and freshly made. Some food, such as pancakes, eggs, chicken tikka, naan bread were made on the spot. Everyone, especially Lokesh and Marshal, were attentive and constantly checked on us and made us feel welcomed. Our rooms were cleaned everyday. We had a couple of bottles of water waiting for us. House Keeping also dropped by a second time just incase we needed anything else, such as extra tissue boxes. A special thank you to Kevin who helped us in making our stay extra comfortable with the late check-out! It was important to me that my mother was comfortable before our trip. It was a lovely experience, thank you.
