From the moment I arrived, everything felt calm, polished, and thoughtfully designed to make guests feel at ease. The facilities were genuinely impressive. The gym stood out in particular, with high quality treadmills that made training a pleasure rather than a compromise. The swimming pool was another highlight, perfect for both recovery and relaxation after a long day (after the TATA Mumbai Marathon). Breakfast deserves special mention. It was consistently excellent, clearly prepared with care and quality ingredients. I especially appreciated the proper protein options for a vegetarian, which made it easy to stay full and energized well into the day. It was the kind of breakfast that sets the tone for a great morning. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the staff. The service was exceptional throughout my stay. Everyone went out of their way to help, and no request ever felt like too much trouble. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made a noticeable difference and created a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. Overall, this hotel delivers on every level: comfort, facilities, service, and quality. I would not hesitate to return and would gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, high standard stay.
