Absolutely incredible! Having tried many properties in Jaipur, this is hands down the best and exceeds all value for the price. The service / staff goes out of the way to be helpful and kind (shout out to Sameer and Roshan), the rooms are new and super clean (linen, bathrooms especially clean), and they are aesthetically pleasing. They have thought of every small detail. I also enjoyed the dinner at the property

My experience at Hotel Heaven, Jaisalmer was truly a paradise! The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and supportive, taking care of my every need. I enjoyed the open night safari here, which was absolutely amazing. It was pitch dark, a bonfire was lit in the middle of the desert, and luxurious beds were set up. 🍴 The food cooked there was absolutely delicious. I will never forget my time there. An ideal place to stay in hote heaven in Jaisalmer, I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends. I was deeply impressed by the natural beauty and hospitality. I will cherish the memories I left here forever. The staff took care of my every need, big or small, and made me feel at home. The service and amenities are top-notch, and I'll never forget the experience.

A fantastic property, especially for families! The resort is massive, with plenty of activities and things to do for all age groups, so there’s never really a dull moment. The breakfast buffet is huge, with an impressive variety of options to suit different tastes. The pool area is absolutely beautiful, and the views from the pool are simply amazing. The staff were good and provided the level of service you would expect from a 5-star property. Overall, a great place for a relaxing family getaway with plenty to keep everyone entertained.
