The view of the lake from the room is perfect for viewing the northern lights right from your bed!!! The breakfast and dinner are excellent.

This hostel is located on Berunes farm by the Ring Road and is 45 km from the village of Djúpivogur. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen, and lounges. Free WiFi is available. Comfortable bed, good shower and nice views. Breakfast was nice as well for 2.200 isk per person. Well equipped shared kitchen.

Featuring a restaurant and cafe on site, Blabjorg Resort is in the fishing village of Borgarfjordur Eystri, 71 km from Egilsstadir. I reserved gesthouse rooms with shared bathroom (because no other room left) and I had my doubts. But the reality exceeded my expectations. Small but cozy room, comfortable bad, linens, towels like in 5* hotel, bath rooms are like 5*hotel too. In addition, you have a shared kitchen. Instead, we tryed the hotel restaurant and enjoyed it very much. The spa is superb!!! Don't miss it! We had a discount for spa about 17%. Sea view was wonderful, like TV with wild sea life podcast just outside your windows. Lots of seabirds! Puffings lookout just 5 min drive away.

Matatagpuan sa Modrudalur, ang Fjalladýrð Hotel ay nagtatampok ng hardin, terrace, restaurant, at libreng WiFi sa buong accommodation. Available on-site ang private parking. Clean, bigger than other places we stayed, quiet. It was more than we spent on other locations, but we can see why.

A perfect boutiqe hotel in middle of nowhere. Everything was perfect - whole house design (modern nordic design with Icelandic touch). A very good stop to visit Studlagil Canyon.

Gem in East - small town with harbor and history, hiking tracks, restaurants plus excellent place to stay. Spacious and well equipped place, where our family would have wanted to stay for longer. Furniture and interior design was so nice, cosy and all details seemed to be considered to be suitable for this area.
