Everything is fantastic and I would not change anything. The staff especially the guys who speak Spanish (argentino one) are amazing and they always assisted me with good attitude. The food is cheap and well portioned. I would definitely come back if I’m in Florence. And if you are traveling solo or with friends during the night they get crazy on the first floor because they have a bar. Karaoke night was great. Good place!!!

Great location, very close to the duomo. Room was very spacious and clean. Cute garden courtyard inside. Hotel staff were very friendly, helped call our friend a taxi and kept our luggage stored after check out so we could explore the city before flying out. Would stay again!

Maginhawang matatagpuan sa gitna ng Florence, ang Palazzo dei Conti Residenza d'Epoca ay nasa 7 minutong lakad ng Palazzo Vecchio at 400 m ng Santa Maria Novella. The location is perfect. Really close to the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore Church. The staff are friendly and gave us advice for where to go in the town. They also gave us a bottle of wine and some snacks for us to celebrate my birthday. We enjoy our stay here very much!

The apartment that we stayed on was the Arno apartment.I could not recommend this property enough.The apartment was sparkling clean and had everything that we needed in detail.It was beautifully furnished and it felt like home.It had a small inside backyard that was beautifully made and felt really cozy.The location was top.Everything you could visit in Florence or every restaurant that is famous was like a 5-10 min walk.Our stay was impeccable.The property provided even luggage storage the day of our check out.The check in process was also really easy and smooth.Just book the place!
