We had a very good stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. They even helped me arrange luggage delivery to my next hotel in Sapporo, which I really appreciated.

Napakagandang lokasyon ang Residence Hotel Takayama Station sa gitna ng Takayama, at nag-aalok ng fitness center, libreng WiFi, at terrace. Nag-aalok ang 4-star hotel na ito ng luggage storage space. Great amount of space. Clean. The washer/dryer was so convenient. Location next to bus and train was helpful and incredibly convenient. Short, easy walk to center. Luggage forwarding service available. Great value.

All the staff are well trained and showed the visitors warmest welcome. They serve beers and sake for free as well as soft drinks and coffee. Amazing.

Effective October 1, 2025, a lodging tax will be introduced by ordinance of Takayama City. In addition to the room charge, 100 yen per person per day will be charged. The guest house is well located at Takayama. Temperature inside was perfect for winter. Facilites are perfect and the manager explained everything at my arrival.

Ryokan Asunaro: A Traditional Japanese Inn in Takayama. Nestled just a 6-minute walk from Takayama Station and the Nohi Bus Center, Ryokan Asunaro offers an authentic Japanese inn experience. Beautifully decorated ryokan, lovely rooms with locally crafted furniture. Breakfast was expensive but well worth it if you haven’t tried the local Takayama delicacies before. Staff spoke great English as well.

Dalawang minutong lakad lang ang layo mula sa Takayama Station, ang Oyado Koto No Yume ay nag-aalok ng mga Japanese-style room na may makukulay na tampok. Excellent service, attentive staff. Lovely place overall.

Matatagpuan sa tahimik na Hida Mountains, nag-aalok ang Miyama Ouan Kyoritsu Resort ng tradisyonal na accommodation na nagtatampok ng mga hot spring bath at mga tanawin ng kalikasan. LOVE EVERYTHING! Had a perfect stay in Miyama Ouan. From the staff,food,onsen and so on. It was a long drive from Kyoto to Takayama and when the bus arrived from the last station the free shuttle for pick-up is already there waiting for us, probably due to heavy snowfall at that time, THANK YOU! the resort is just a 5-10mins walk from the station but its impossible with all the snow. All the staff are kind and accommodating, they always make sure that your stay is comfortable and pleasant. Love their Yakuta, they let you chose which design you like. The room is spacious ,clean and the view from the bath is great. the onsen is perfect with a bit of snow falling . the view from the restaurant every breakfast is unparalleled. Thank you Miyama for giving me an unforgettable winter experience. Will definitely come back again!
