The hotel's amenity included facial treatment kits of a popular mark, i.e. DHC. I also appreciated that the hotel took action on a recommendation that I had made and arranged for the use of a near-by, 24-hour-open gym, Jexer, at a reasonable price during the stay.

Comfortable Accommodations: Onsen Guest House Tsutaya in Hakone offers comfortable rooms with private bathrooms, air conditioning, and mountain views. Beautiful ryokan with a private onsen. Perfect location. We had beautiful room with everything we needed and with a beautiful view. The staff was very kind and helpful. I wanted especially thank to the guy that carried our (heavy) suitcases and then called the “car romance” and rescheduled our train. :-) Happy New Year, team !

The vibe at the inn was overall sooo relaxed. Besides our prebooked evening timeslot we were also able to enjoy the onsen in the morning before checkout

Situated in Hakone, 500 metres from Hakone Gora Park, Hakone Yutowa features accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. Hotel exceeded all expectations. The room, staff, service, onsen and fire place were lovely. The free drinks, snacks in the library was generous and it was a pleasure to sit there with the other hotel guests. Location was brilliant just a few minutes walk from the station.

It is located in the center of the village. - Many options of restaurants, bars, cafes and grocery stores near the hotel. - The room was spotless, spacious, well-equipped, and made us feel "at home" in a typical Japanese style. - The area is tranquil and offers a charming view of the village and the mountain. - The onsen is located on the ground floor for a max. of 6 users at a time.

Featuring a garden, Hakone Onsen Yuyado Yamanoshou is set in Hakone, 200 metres from Hakone Botanical Garden of Wetlands. This 3-star ryokan features free WiFi. Amazing food - both dinner and breakfast were really special. The onsen was lovely aa well. Perfect service, especially during dinner.
