The hotel is new and absolutely stunning. Its great to see a Hilton with a japanese style. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you are coming for a concert as it is right by the k-arena. The room service was delicious.

Very clean, the bed was so comfortable and the room had everything you needed. Very nice staff people, whether it's the reception, persons in charge of cleaning or pool lifeguard, they are all smiley and patient. The view is amazing and the pool is heated with great facilities.

I came in off Royal Princess Cruise ship after 19 sea nights. I loved the location, the hot tub and body products, the ice bucket provided for my 1996 Grande Dame Veuve Clicquot and the high floor view overlooking Yokohama harbour and several cruise ships. I could also see fireworks from China town as I sipped my champagne. The bidet is a nice warm experience as you sit on a hot comfy toilet seat. I liked the pjs provided for me but they won’t fit you if you are bigger than a size 12 Australian sizing ladies.. the mini bar fridge is not cold but I managed to get someone to take the fridge plate out and fix it as I was paying just over $450 Australian per night x 3 nights. So I expected a cold mini fridge I have stayed in Hyatts all over the world and the Hyatt in Yokohama is lovely. I had originally booked a corner suite by the recommendation of a telephonist but paid extra to get a king deluxe suite. After my own research found out the other suites had better views. The safe is quite lengthy and wide. The bathroom shower has excellent pressure. The hot tub is just that. A tub. If you have average to long legs you definitely can’t stretch your legs out. It’s a tub built for one. I still enjoyed the hot tub my heart rate was 98/146 after my bath. It triggered something. I really liked the turn down service I ordered on a couple of nights. It was like having two delightful fairies fly in and get down to business tidy up and replace anything required and fly out . Incredible and wonderful.

Nag-aalok ng libreng WiFi sa buong accommodation, ang Hotel Metropolitan Kawasaki ay matatagpuan sa Kawasaki, 6.2 km mula sa Omori Hachiman Shrine at 6.4 km mula sa Showa no Kurashi Museum. The location was excellent and the room size was more than expected.

Comfortable Accommodations: Onsen Guest House Tsutaya in Hakone offers comfortable rooms with private bathrooms, air conditioning, and mountain views. Everything was amazing. The staff is super friendly and happy to help you find your way around Hakone. The place is perfect, great attention to details and it definitely feels like home away from home. Really enjoyed the amenities, common areas, cabins and of course the onsen baths - both indoor and outdoor experiences!

Matatagpuan sa Hakone, 7.9 km mula sa Hakone-Yumoto Station, ang Onsen & Garden -Asante Inn- ay naglalaan ng accommodation na may hardin, libreng private parking, shared lounge, at terrace. Great location. We could see Mount Fuji from the room. Nice room, the futons were comfortable. Good food.

Situated in Hakone, 500 metres from Hakone Gora Park, Hakone Yutowa features accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. The room, the food, the onsen, the location, there was not a thing that disappointed. We got the twin room with tatami floor and it was the best one yet, very spacious even though we didn't get to enjoy it that much as we stayed out most of the time. Onsen was very good with two baths and a sauna for women and also the free private baths, that were surprisingly easy to get into, we thought they would be much more busy. Foot bath was outside on the terrace and great during nighttime. Food was amazing, both dinner and breakfast. Dinner had a main course option and also buffet style food with alcohol and diy soda flavor. Breakfast was buffet style. Also snacks, ice lolly and alcohol are available at the lounge for some hours, so be sure to enjoy that. Location was very close to Gora station in a flat walk and had a bus stop right in front too. Couldn't be better.

Nagtatampok ng hardin, matatagpuan ang Hakone Onsen Yuyado Yamanoshou sa Hakone, 200 metro mula sa Hakone Botanical Garden ng Wetlands. Kabilang sa 3-star ryokan na ito ang libreng WiFi. The most memorable hotel we had in Japan! Lovely traditional Japanese Ryokan, for an unforgettable experience. We loved the authentic room and futons, the beautiful and delicious Kaiseki dinner and breakfast. Everything was so special. The private open air Onsen was a real treat, where the whole family could bathe together, which is not common in most onsens that are gender separated. Bus stop is a few minutes walking from thr ryokan. Would love to return!
