We enjoyed our stay. It was close to the train station and shopping center yet quiet. The staff was very accommodating, especially Ms. Tomomi Murata, who helped us find the most economical way to travel from Haneda to Narita. The breakfast was superb, the room was spacious and cleaned daily I will choose this hotel again when I visit Tokyo.

Comfortable Accommodations: Onsen Guest House Tsutaya in Hakone offers comfortable rooms with private bathrooms, air conditioning, and mountain views. Possibly the best hostel I have ever stayed - though that word doesn’t do it justice! Onsen and all common spaces were beautiful, the kitchen was the best appointed I’ve ever seen with everything from cooking sake to coffee beans and grinders, staff were helpful. It’s a bit out of the way of things but that makes for a really peaceful atmosphere.

Loved their onsen facility. It's private and you need to book a slot for yourself or your group after check-in. The common area has an amazing view of fall trees in their garden during Autumn. The food is really good with a lot of options. The staff is nice.

Situated in Hakone, 500 metres from Hakone Gora Park, Hakone Yutowa features accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. Walk distance to the station and some very good local restaurants. The facility is very good with open bar and free snack station. The bath house is very big and provides free drinks when you finish the bath. Everything is great.
